Jeff Mack's musical education began at the Conservatoire du Nord/Ettelbruck in Luxembourg.
There he received the Diplôme Superieur in trumpet, voice and opera class with great distinction. He then studied trumpet and singing at the Hochschule for Music in Mainz.
The young musician is particularly drawn to baroque and contemporary music.
Jeff Mack is a member of the excellence programme "Barock Vokal", which is dedicated to the historical performance practice of works from the Renaissance to Weimar Classicism.
He deepened his knowledge in various master classes with, among others, Gabriele Lechner, Philippe Jaroussky, Andreas Scholl, Hans-Martin Rux and the King's Singers. Solo performances brought him together with renowned conductors such as Pierre Cao (L), Ralf Otto (D), David Reiland (B),
Grete Pedersen (N) and Christopher Robinson (GB) and orchestras such as the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg, Mainzer Bachorchester, Le Concert Lorrain and the Neumeyer Consort. Concerts have taken him throughout Europe, Canada, the United States and to South Africa.
In 2014 he made his debut in the role of "Rinaldo" from Handel's opera of the same name at CAPe Ettelbruck (L) and at the theatre in Esch-sur-Alzette (L). This was followed by performances as "Rinaldo" at the Tage für Alte Musik Saarbrücken and as "Nerone" in Monteverdi's l'Incoronazione di Poppea in Darmstadt.
Jeff Mack teaches trumpet at the Luxembourg Capital Conservatory and regularly conducts workshops at the INECC.
