Daniel Barke

The German Multiinstrumentalist, Daniel Barke, has established himself as a highly sought-after vocal ensemble coach throughout Europe in recent years. With a background as a studied jazz saxophone player and classical choir leader, Barke boasts a career that spans over a thousand concerts worldwide. His primary vocal project, VOXID, along with vocal groups such as Juicebox, MundArt, and tonalrausch, showcase his versatility. Additionally, he has contributed as a sideman to renowned groups including The New York Voices, Slixs, and Accent.

Barke holds positions as a lecturer at prestigious music universities in Leipzig and Weimar. He serves as the musical director for various projects, including theatrical productions at the Schauspielhaus Leipzig and the youth selection pop and jazz choir ensembles in the regions of Brandenburg and Hessen.

With expertise spanning beatboxing, loop station techniques, music theory, choir and vocal group singing, and more, Barke offers a diverse array of workshops across Europe. At 39 years old, this aficionado of cheese, funk soul music, and coffee brings passion and expertise to his multifaceted career.
